The Color Trend is a guide that assists designers discover what colors are hot and trending in the fashion industry so as to make their designs stand out against their competitors. Leatrice Eiseman, Executive Director of the Pantone Color Institute states that jewelry designers should design their Fall 2011 collection by combining bright colors with staple neutrals so as to create a stunning work of art.

A great idea is to look for outfits that follow the color trends and then design your jewelry pieces around them. Also, you could look up pictures of outfits that have the color trends and start working on your new jewelry design projects for FALL 2011. I have provided an example for the Bamboo color below; I matched a smoky quartz necklace with a bamboo dress, to create a dazzling ensemble.
